Nothing says summer like sunshine, rum and tropical fruit so why not combine all 3 for a real taste of summer.
This tropical twist on the mojito elevates this classic cocktail to a perfect companion for those sun drenched days at the beach or pool.
Ingredients
- 2 oz BACOO Rum 3-Year White
- 2 oz club soda
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- 6 mint leaves
- 3-4 chucks fresh mango
- 0.75oz agave syrup (simple syrup can be used)
Method
- In a shaker, muddle mango, lime juice, mint leaves and agave syrup
- Add the rum and ice and shake well until chilled
- Pour contents into a glass and garnish with mint sprig and mango slice
(For no pulp, add ice to the glass and strain)
