Ingredients
- 1.5 oz BACOO Rum 3 Year White
- 1/2 medium lime cut into 3 wedges
- 2 teaspoons white sugar
- 6 leaves of mint
- soda water
Method
Place mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into a glass and muddle together
Add remaining lime wedges and sugar and muddle
Fill the glass with crushed ice, add the rum and top with soda water
Stir together and garnish with lime and mint
