Ingredients
- 2 oz BACOO Rum 8-Year
- 1.5 oz pineapple juice
- 0.25 oz Maraschino liqueur
- 6 mint leaves
- 2 lime wedges
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 shakes orange bitters
Method
Muddle the mint with sugar and lime wedges in a cocktail shaker
Add the BACOO Rum 8-Year, pineapple juice and Maraschino liqueur, fill with ice and shake until cold
Strain into glass, add bitters and garnish with mint, lime wedge and pineapple
