A classic but with a little twist. We like to use BACOO Rum 8-Year for this cocktail as it has more of the barrel characteristics like a bourbon which creates a great depth of flavor.


  • 2 oz BACOO Rum 8-Year
  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Amarena cherries for garnish


  • Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and stir well for about 1 minute
  • Strain into a chilled Coupe glass and garnish with 3 Amarena cherries
