Put a twist on the Espresso Martini using BACOO Rum Cafe, fresh espresso and a dash of Lina’s Crema di Limoncello. Live La Dolce Vita!
Ingredients
- 2 oz BACOO Rum Cafe
- 0.25 oz Lina’s Crema di Limoncello
- 1 oz fresh espresso (chill in freezer before using)
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shale well
Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with coffee beans
